I want to share with you about a new case I am working on that was covered in the Miami Herald last week. I am representing three Doral residents who are suing Mayor Luigi Boria and the city, accusing them of violating their First Amendment rights to free speech. The residents allege that the Doral city council, and Boria specifically, have repeatedly placed restrictions on their speech, and, in some cases, denied citizens their right to speak at public hearings. This is a concern that should not be taken lightly.
