I read an interesting article in The National Law Review about LGBT rights in employment law that was very informative. Now that the United States has declared marriage equality, we are starting to see how this plays a role in multiple industries across the board. For example, the United States Armed Forces is taking steps to allow transgender men and women to openly serve.

We are already seeing more and more lawsuits that have to do with discrimination and how it relates marriage equality. It will be interesting to see the continuing changes in the coming years.  How will marriage equality affect contracts, real estate, business, etc? We will soon see.
